WHAT WE DO
Our Book Donations
Spectropolis - Pay it Forward, located in the heart of South Wales, is a charitable project dedicated to supporting the Autistic community to feel empowered, and to live happy and healthy lives. We donate autism-related, health and well-being books to autistic individuals, their family members, and to professionals who support them. We strive to improve access to reading materials that develop a greater understanding of autism, empowering people to make informed decisions. We also uphold the principles of 'pay it forward' and encourage the sharing of resources within the community. Contact us to learn more about our project.
ABOUT
Claire set up Spectropolis - Pay it Forward in 2015, following her son's autism diagnosis in 2014. She felt the need to share the knowledge that she had gained with others.

RECEIVING A DONATION
We encourage anyone who is interested in learning more about autism to get in touch to request a book donation.
In sharing books and robust knowledge, we hope to create a society where autistic people are able to learn more about themselves, and are able to access support from those who are skilled at understanding the autistic experience and who are able to provide person-centered support.
PAYING IT FORWARD
One of our goals is to ensure that information continues to be shared with others. The principles of Pay it Forward begin with you! We ask you to pay forward the book or knowledge you have gained to another.
You can pay knowledge forward in one of the following ways:
Share the knowledge you've gained from reading the book with others in conversation or via an information-sharing event, e.g. workplace training
Pass the book on to someone you know
Return the book to us and we will pay it forward for you
Share a post on social media offering the book to someone else and tag us in it

DONATING A BOOK
With your generous book donations, you have the capacity to help us in our endeavour of paying knowledge forward.
We aim to share books that empower the Autistic community, therefore some texts may not be suitable to share. Get in touch to learn more.
